WORKSHOPS

Bizprov leads dynamic experiential workshops for businesses, organizations and professionals that are designed to coach and enhance communication, creativity and productivity, using the collaborative techniques of improvisational theatre.

We employ methods that teach active listening, exploring and heightening ideas, forging agreement, trust-building, "getting to yes", storytelling, and “finding the game”. Our sessions foster mutual support and teach clients to look for and nurture “flow” in any relationship.

SPEAKER COACHING

We also specialize in speaker development and coaching on an individualized basis. We work with executives and managers to enhance their presentation skills using a variety of theatre-based techniques. The process is structured rehearsal and exploration, with a very “hard skills” approach to developing the "soft skills" of presence, clarity, confidence, groundedness, and connectedness to audience.

The work is all about making the speaker into a compelling, persuasive performer. We work with clients one-on-one (or if appropriate, in small groups) and on whatever content the client wishes to present. This intensive, performance-based training is designed to make the client a clearer, more present speaker, more commanding and charismatic.
