Team-Building & Collaboration

Intensive improvisation with a team of co-workers (or "co-employees") who wish to become better collaborators. We focus on escaping silo-think and discovering and nurturing alignment. Participants get on board the same "bus" together and through fun modes of collaboration, challenge, and competition elicit each other's strengths. The improv exercises heighten listening and co-managing skills and help participants to instantly recognize and exploit synergy as strategy.
